2012 - A Pivotal Year
It seems that people have been talking about
the year 2012
forever. Messages have been channelled, websites abound, and long lists
of
books and articles are available. Some are predicting a great
cataclysmic
ending to life on Earth, while most say that there will be a major
shift in
consciousness.
I believe that by the end of 2012
the number of people who
fully and consciously integrate their spirituality into their every day
life
will have reached critical mass. Particularly in the western world, and
in all
walks of life – blue collar, corporate, academic, rural and urban
– people will
feel free to act on their intuition and to give voice to their inner
knowing
about energy, healing, love, and spiritual enlightenment, without fear
of being
bullied or ostracized.

psychic practitioner from British

that 2012 is a time when we are preparing to go to a higher vibration.

into

The calendar year 2012 brings to
us the dynamic energy of
the number 5. This is a number of freedom and independence,
communication and
persuasion, change and variety. It will be a pivotal year in the
elevation and
evolution of our human family. We are not only waking up, we are
growing up.
On local levels, in families,
neighbourhoods, and in the
workplace, as well as on the international political scene, we will see
even
more striking polarities between those who stand in integrity and those
who are
dishonest, selfish, and narrow minded, or motivated by greed and a
false sense
of power. This will be a year of black and white, with little tolerance
for
murky shades of grey.
The number 5 brings change when
we need it most. Those who
will feel the greatest degree of change will be people having a 5
personal
year. People in a 1,3,8,9,or 11 personal year will likely feel the
effect of
2012 more strongly than those having a 2,4,6,7,22,or33 personal year.

There will be a lot of movement
taking place this year. In
keeping with the theme of independence, it is possible that
statistically there
will be fewer weddings taking place, and a rise in the number of
marriages and
relationships that break up.
This is likely to be a year when
a lot of people, especially
those in a 5 or 8 personal year, will at least change their place of
employment, and in many cases their entire career path.
We are likely to see more
activity in the real estate
markets. Families and individuals will be undertaking more long
distance moves
in 2012 as the Universe positions people in geographic locations where
the can
be of greater service to the Planet.
In the midst of all the economic
troubles, there are sectors
o the economy that will see more activity and financial increase in
2012.
Businesses that will benefit from this energy include those involved in:
- real estate
- travel – especially adventure travel
- publishing and communications
- fitness and body building
- food and beverage
There is no question that the
dynamic number 5 can bring
unsettling influences, but there are ways that we can consciously work
with
that energy:
- Avoid being irresponsible and overly impulsive.
- Maintain a level of organization in terms of
your personal
business. (For example pay bills on time and file important papers.)
- Get out and meet people, and consider joining a new group.
- Take a class or do some reading in a topic you’ve
never
explored before.
- Take up a new sport or begin a fitness routine.
- Write and submit articles, or at least write in
your own
journal.
- Let go of tolerations that are diminishing your
energy and
holding you back.
- Be a possibility thinker and embrace change.

that 2012 is the year to step up your game, and radio host Lynn

reminded me that this is a leap year. In other words it may be a year
when you
will feel guided to make a “leap of faith”, or to make
informed choices and
take bold decisive action that will bring a “quantum leap”
toward your
cherished dreams. 2012 will ROCK for those of us who are willing to
take
action.
